Payment

Cash or check is the prefered method of payment at the office. However, for your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted on this website.
Any online payments should be paid prior to your office visit.

PrePaid packages may be paid through this website (credit card) or in person at the office (cash or check).


Scheduling and Cancelations

Appointments always start at the scheduled time. However, we understand that situations happen. You will always receive the entire time you pay for unless you say otherwise or show up late.
 
Please be respectful of others time and schedules.

Arrive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork if you haven't already done so online.

If you must cancel your appointment give at least a 24 hour notice. (not applicable in emergencies of course).
